Maybe something bad happened to you so you currently feel like a victim?
How to deal with shitty things that have happened in the past:
1. Realize the past is a circumstance that you can’t change and that you aren’t there anymore.
2. Realize what you CAN change is your thoughts about what happened and beliefs you don’t want to hold onto.
3. Acknowledge that holding onto being a victim of the past isn’t productive and doesn’t hurt anyone but yourself.
4. Take your power back from the past and own your emotional responsibility in the present. Otherwise whoever you are mad at will always have control over you.
