What a Life Coach is and what it is not:
❌ Don’t treat any significant mental, emotional or psychological issues that require therapeutic intervention.
✅ Will help you manage your thoughts, emotions, actions and therefore results.
❌ Don’t fix your life for you.
✅ Will guide you in creating the change you want and keep you accountable
❌ Don’t dig into your past traumatic events.
✅ Stay present and future-focused. Taking you from where you are now to where you want to go.
❌ Don’t judge you or others. Won’t evaluate /critique your way of life.
✅ Will hold space for you to determine your own wants, needs and goals.
❌ Don’t think I’m better than you or have it all together in the least.
✅ Personal Trainer for your brain. Mental + Emotional health are like muscles that need regular attention in order to develop.
❌ Won’t commiserate with you.
✅ Will stay lovingly impartial to your circumstances and stay solution-driven.
❌ Don’t have all the answers.
✅ Will help you find your own answers using laser-like tools, cutting edge training and personal experience.
